UPDATE! Indiegogo asks us to update once a month now... so... Not much more is going on. The posters are getting printed, I'm getting ready to go to Sitges for the world premiere of Solomon on Saturday the 7th at 11PM. Sort of excited, WIlliam Friedkin will be attending Sitges, showing the director's cut of The Exorcist on Friday and Del Toro will be showing the Shape of Water and then... little old me showing The Song of Solomon. Very exciting.

Reviews should start showing up after the world premiere... Will update you when they start hitting.

Death and Dismemberment,

Stephen Biro

Posters have been printed!
27x39 inches... for Solomon, 11x17 for Sacrifice. Just got them from the printers, they look gorgeous. Also got all the stickers. Were working on the extra features over the next two months. Some of the cast and crew are in California and the rest is in Florida.  Jim VanBebber is in Ohio now so I will see what we can do autograph wise for him.

More festivals announcing the showing of Solomon and talking to many dvd' companies worldwide for other territories to see if we can get a release in other countries.

Thanks everyone! We couldn't do this without you!

Death and Dismemberment,

Stephen Biro

I haven't watched any reviews yet but in this one it was nice to see some extra scenes. Didn't know Biro played her father.

VanBebber looks good as always.  :red_heart:

I usually don't bother with reviews because I don't give a fuck about anyone else's opinion on anything.  8)

Some video reviews are an exception as long as it's entertaining. I like the Bloodbath and Beyond guys.

Final Audio Design Finalized!
Met with the audio engineer today for the FINAL audio mix for The Song of Solomon. It needed a professional fine tuning due to the massive FX sounds, multiple layered voices of the possessed and a nice clean up, equalization and mixing of specific audio components of the demonic to take advantage of good sound systems that should play with people's minds. Just enough to mess with people if they notice but not enough to sound cheap or abusing what can be done with today's audio systems.
We are doing something different with the possessed and staying away from the reverb, echo, down tone and speed ups or slow downs that are so prevalent in exorcism/demon films that just, really ruins a film... in my opinion, because it sounds robotic or computer generated.
Anyway... the audio we have been playing at the film fests was a quicky audiomix put together. Quickly hashed out... but good... potent even but now I can say, it is excellent. Music has been enhanced, bass drops drop and the sound effects of blood gushing, ribs breaking and flesh ripping, can now be heard to a horrifying effect. I'm very happy right now. Ecstatic even... cause this is the last and final enhancement of the film we have been working on for the last 3 months.
Working on the special features now... will takes us two months give or take since half the crew is in Florida and the other half in California... taking a bit longer then usual.

Death and Dismemberment,

Stephen Biro

I got the same thing in an email the other day. It's funny how it asks "What's your reaction to this post?" and only gives the options of "This is awesome," "Thanks for sharing" and "I'd like more info." Where's my "I don't give a shit. Stop fucking emailing me" option?

If you want honest feedback, don't only give positive responses to choose from.

Sure, I'll be getting the movie and want to see it. I just don't care about the production part of it.
